Agree with this

Saw Clemson play Syracuse and the final score would imply that they handled Syracuse. In fact, Syracuse continuously couldn't get out of their own way.

My 2 cents...This is a winnable game. More so than UNC ever was.

Well God doesn't hate you but we still losing Saturday lol. I fully expect a 3 loss streak. Hopefully Mario can get his first ACC home win against UVA. Has a coach ever gone winless at home in conference his first two years at Miami? If that actually happens he's got to go sooner rather than later.

You know the answer to this. Nothing over the last 10 years (with the anomaly of the ND game) indicates that will change.

That's fair. I just feel like now that we've seen the teams capabilities I can't honor the preason expectations. We lost 2 games from coachable mistakes. Inexcusable.

Mario gotta win out because he CAN if he gets this team to STOP beating themselves.

Agreed. Texas A&M being the exception so far.

I’m trying not to get too caught up in flushing the season just based on the last 4 quarters and 40 seconds but you’re correct any “must win” ACC game in recent memory we usually **** the bed

Dabo (and every other acc coach left on our schedule) is chomping at the bit to beat Mario. I don’t believe Mario is terribly well liked by his peers especially with recruiting and portal stuff so guys like dabo, brohm, norvell are already circling this game.

Technically 9, but 2 of those were hail mary plays at the end of the game.

During normal operation, it's 7 turnovers. 4 picks and 3 fumbles.

Call it 8 quarters IMO. The non kneel and subsequent meltdown just distracts us from the rest of the GT abortion.

I'm having a hard time grasping why some in here still proclaim themselves to be fans of Miami.
 
CLEMSON IS BETTER THAN UNC SO HAVE AT THAT WHAT U MAY IMO.

OUR RUN GAME WILL BE NULL AN VOID...I EXPECT X TO GO 11 FOR 65YDS 1TD ON 16 TARGETS.

They play up to us and are good where we stink at smh.

We will have to force some turnovers and make some things happen on special teams.

I'll be there with zero expectations. Clemson has won 10+ games every year since 2011 and have beaten the snot out of us every time along the way. Why anyone would believe that this season's matchup would end any differently is a mystery.

I don't disagree. Miracles can happen sometimes and there's plenty of games left. The flushing discussion can begin when we lose next week and definitely full force when we lose to FSU.

To me though, lets be honest and admit the first Q and 1/2 of A&M was the same issues that beat us these last 2 games and adding Jumbos team isn't exactly the world beaters we thought makes some flaws more obvious.

BUT its those other issues carrying over from last year: discipline, coverage busts, turnovers, game management, lack of TE usage, etc that are really concerning. Just doesn't feel like we've addressed everything as well as we wanted to believe 3 weeks ago.
