Claude George decommits

These coaches whether you like their scheme or not, have proven they can develop defensive talent.

To ignore that is to be ignorant.

The guys they put in the league from temple is remarkable, and then now you have a former 3 star Perryman, who could be the first MLB chosen in the NFL draft.

I never negged anyone until now lolol... Luther Robinson is playing in the nfl not because of what he learned
But because of what what he unlearned lol and they changed his technique

I dont know who said he wasnt a good prospect, smh, we are going to be talking about this kids success in a couple years and how our wonderful staff missed out on another one!

The reasoning behind Claude George's decision to break his commitment to Miami isn't particularly unique. According to the Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College linebacker there was no tipping point or abrupt revelation. Instead, George says it was a bit of slow burn.

"I just feel like I jumped the gun a little too early," George said by text message on Thursday.

As standard as his reasoning is, though, it doesn't change the fact that the three-star prospect will need to find a new FBS home. Already, there are schools in play. Arizona State made thing official with a scholarship offer last week and other programs are certainly kicking the tires.

The fact that George is no long committed to the Hurricanes will certainly only help stir up even more interest. For now, though, there are certain programs in play.

"Arizona State for sure," George said. "Texas A&M is showing interest, and Nebraska is about to offer, I think."

But of the schools that have offered, one in particular has George's attention. He's not naming favorites in any official capacity. He is, however, intrigued by a certain Pac 12 institution.

"I like the Washington Huskies and the scheme they run," George said. "I like how they plan to use me."

George, who lists a total of 13 scholarship offers, committed to Miami in June.

He forgets to say Wilkerson is better in the nfl than he was at temple, Rex took his game to a new level.

He would do **** here with these coaches so he's making the right choice.

I seriously, don't blame him why would a defensive recruit want to play for this coaching staff, our defense has shown for 4 years we have no idea what we are doing

Must be because of the banner.

Right?

Certainly didn't help.

Yeah the banner that maybe 200 people saw 2 hours prior to a home game really killed us. The product on the field is what has and will kill us. A inadequate coaching staff full of the "maybe it'll fix itself in the second half" or "blame it on the offensive players when the defense can't get off the field to save their lives" mentalities will be our downfall. These kids aren't idiots. I'm sorry but a tiny plane flying in the sky didn't make this 18 year old kid decommit.

I love the Canes, but seriously if my son were a 5* DT or any defensive position, I would without hesitation not let him play for D'Nofrio. Would not allow D'Nofrio or Al for that matter to even talk to my son. These guys are terrible coaches. Not debatable!
