CIS Chat - Friday before GT

Our top 5 DTs will be draft-eligible after next season. If they keep ballin', McIntosh/Norton/Willis will have something to think about (and DMoney expects Willis to leave early).

Is the staff still only planning on taking one DT?

Do you think there is remotely any chance Kaaya stays his 4th year?

What's the mindset of the team this week?

Any response for my question from Page 1?

I think he ignored it for the same reason he ignored my question about players' cranks.

I'm still scarred by that Teddy Bridgewater visual thanks to you. Then you mentioned someone getting injured by tripping over his crank... And now this.

You've really brought the crank thing to the forefront of this board and, with the elevation of the crank as of late, I just don't understand why Pete won't answer your question???

I'm interested to see how he performs tomorrow. Should be a decent barometer for how his season will take ship. Another surgical week like last week, with possibly a couple more progression reads (should we even choose to break that out) is the 2nd piece of good tape performing on the road against representative competition.

I also think Brad enjoys college. I also think he wants to win a National Championship badly.

Salute to him either way he decides. He's put himself in a position to have options with a big year.

As crazy as it sounds, I don't think it's a guarantee he leaves. If he stays, Miami is a top 10 team in serious contention for #6 .

Since the only RB we might still have in the class is Burns,is the staff turning up the heat on Carr and what is the probability that we land him?

When Mark was hired, Brad said something like -- I look forward to being coached by him the next two years. Kid seems as serious a QB as we have seen in years. I think he says, unless somehow we win the NC this year. He has CA state championship; that has to rank up there with FL. If he gets NC at Miami, that only leaves a Super Bowl ring to get. Wins NC -- he goes. Come up short -- he returns.

I think Richt convinces Kaaya that he can make him a top 5 Pick if he stays for his Senior year.
