Christian McCaffrey

Should have been the heisman winner....dude doesn't need 40 carries and tired defenses to do work

Absurd that he didn't win it. Kid broke the record for all purpose yardage in a season playing against an elite schedule.

Take off the hater glasses. Henry and Watson both had better resumes than McCaffrey did.

Henry had an SEC schedule, more rush yards (2,061 vs 1,847) and more TDs (25 vs 13) because Stanford gives the ball to Wright (13 TD) at the goalline.

McCaffrey averaged more yards per carry (5.79 vs 5.74), had more receptions (41 vs 11), and more receiving yards (540 vs 91).

Total Yards from Scrimmage:
McCaffrey - 2,387 on 360 touches
Henry - 2,152 on 370 touches

Oh yeah - he had ~1,700 return yards too.
News flash touchdowns are important. A lot more important than being an above average return man.

Henry gets hyped up because he broke a conference rushing record. McCaffery breaks Barry Sanders all-purpose yards record, not a peep during the Heisman discussion.

McCaffery breaking Sanders record is not nearly as impressive as so many people are trying to make it out to be.

I want you to say that repeatedly, then think about it for a second and realize how ridiculous that sounds.

A record that has stood for nearly 30 years (collegiate-wide, not conference specific) was just broken this season.

Somebody ***** slap that choad saying Heisman...

I was thinking the same thing while I was watching it on tv. He was ****** annoying. The first time was whatever. The second time is like ok that cool, we heard you already. Then he just continues on and on. I've seen drunks with more self control than that guy.

And the kid doesn't miss a beat. Just blocks it out.

With 2 extra games and a bunch of kick returns... cool.

He had the record broken before the Heisman ceremony. Not during the bowl game.

He did crack a smile towards the end for just a moment lol.

If the kid got half the number of goal line carries inside the 5 that Henry had, I'd be surprised.

Barry Sanders Played 11 games his final year in college. McCaffrey played 13 games before the Heisman ceremony and didnt break the record till the 13th game. So yes you are correct, but what is your point?
