Games 3,4, and 5 are Friday-Sunday of the World Series this week. Chicago will be madness for those who are flying in or staying in Chicago and going to the game.

Chicago is a huge Notre Dame town too. Lived there 5 years and 5 years too long. Tailgate in 2012 at Soldier Field was cool though when we played them last
 
Cubs fans are the worst. I hope they lose the WS in heartbreaking fashion.

Chicago, IMO, is one of the best city's IN THE WORLD!

Pretty sure Chicago has changed a bit since the early 90s.
 
outsiders or people who have never been or lived here just see the news and think its like the wild west with people just running around blowing random peoples brains out. unless you're hanging out in the gang infested worst neighborhoods like austin or back of the yards the average person has no reason to fear. majority of the violence is contained to certain areas where I dont see college football fans or tourists would have a reason to be there.

If you're staying in the city or north Chicago, you'll be fine. It's a beautiful city.

Baseball sucks. Am sick of hearing about the Cubs and their losing streak, but I positively hate every person, every place, and everything about the damned state of Ohio. I wish the damned river in Cleveland would catch on fire again. Dumping off place for everyone who was too trashy for Kentucky and West Virginia. Another redneck hellhole. #### them. Especially *** and his team of chit stains.

It's the same with most major cities. You can't focus on the bad stuff.
They have a lot to offer.
Chicago is one of my favorites.
