- sorry, HC is in charge of picking asst's and if you cant get through half the season much less 5 quarters of football before making a change you dont deserve to be a HC
- besides say Charlie survives another season and needs to bring in a new OC - if you were a stud OC and had options would you go with Charlie - no way
