There's no way coaches and conferences didn't sign off on this right? This was likely done because they were pushing for it.

I still think most kids (and programs) are going to wait until December but you probably see like 10% of the class each year decide to pull the trigger and lock it in. But some programs will find a way to weaponize NIL to get kids to sign in June.

Right so doesn’t this play in to what would be the new playoff schedule that was proposed? Seems like the December to February window is gonna be a **** show

The new December date makes sense to me since will be before Conference CG

Yeah that’s kinda what I was thinking but also I haven’t kept up completely

If they do the summer one it should be last week of July or first week of August before school starts.
