He's going to get roughly half the carries on a team that will be 55-60% run and runs 70 plays a game. Probably have more over the season than the 112 Mark got last season (along with 10 receptions). Is that not enough?

I wasn’t talking about Lyle (tho I agree with you on his playing time). I was referring to the potential transfer of Hayes (unconfirmed).

A shame because I like seeing the young and local folks succeed in following our Canes.

 
It looks like the plan is to redshirt him (I think we can see him as depth the last couple games, and then he could keep his redshirt and possibly transfer somewhere he can start for his 5th yr unless one of the top 4 corners portal out for a nice paycheck)

Any chance they are grooming him as the nickle for next season after Scott leaves (I know it's been mentioned that Ewald gets work there in practice too)? Or is this a kid who is decent, but on his way out with just too much ahead of him? There have been rumors of both grades or injury….Either of those true?

Not bytching because we have some dudes out there in the secondary right now, but just wondering if anyone has a status update?
