Take a look at this list. Forget about Miami’s exclusion. Look at the names on the list. UF was a sieve, and Alabama couldn’t even block USF. And where is Notre Dame?

PFF is good for isolated things like pressure rate and where guys line up, but whenever they grade things like OL and pass defense they often look silly.

I was listening to this podcast with Nate Tice, son of former NFL head coach and long time NFL o-line coach. He’s a former scout in the league and he talked about how Georgia’s offensive linemen are getting the reputation of being physically gifted but technique wise aren’t being prepared to play in the NFL. Georgia O-line coach? Stacy Searles. You can say a lot about what you don’t like about Mario but him and Mirabal will get you a line to protect you.

I was a middle career gato sitting in a meeting when our Big Cat Commander looked at my brand new boss and welcomed him. He had just arrived and taken command from a highly regarded commander, who was a great guy.

"Hey, you have really big shoes to fill."

Without missing a beat, new guy said, "So and so was good, but I've got my own shoes...".

New guy ended as one of the best leaders I've ever seen on Planet Earth.

Cam was a fantastic QB1 for our Canes...maybe even the best to date.

Let's support Beck in his journey to be a different, but perhaps equally or even more fantastic, QB1 as well.
