Well, we had no idea what we were getting in Hartley and Banda, and they turned out to be good hires (Hartley at TE and recruiting, not STs, obviously). When Richt replaced Kul with Simpson, we had no idea how he would perform in college, and he's my favorite position coach right now. Still have no clue about Patke.

I am hopeful Enos knows how to assemble a staff. Just don't know enough to be judgmental either way. Maybe Hickson is the next Simpson and we'll all love the hire a year from now. Seider is a known element in both coaching and recruiting, which is why I wanted him and felt it worth spending the extra money on.
