It wasn't until I started visiting canes msg boards in the early 2000 that I began to realize the canes fan base is without question the worst fanbase on earth. FSU base is awful and being a UF alum I feel safe saying they suck balls too. But, canes fans are just absurd, and obviously TB at includes myself. Prior to exposure to these boards I thought we canes were a rare tight diehard loyal base. Nowadays though, we are rare, just not in a positive way. I have bled orange and green since early 80s and always will support this team. But I **** sure will never be proud of some of the blowhard schizos that infest our base. We made incredible progress in a short time from the garbage witnessed the past 15yrs. This bud light I'm sipping is a cheers to what is hopefully in store......

The Canes fan base has been hijacked by a bunch of whiny, always complaining, clueless, Valley-speak girls. Their brand of macho is sitting behind a computer screen and constantly inventing new reasons to attack the players, coaches and most everyone associated with the Football Program (and Athletic Department). Those snowflakes are the worst thing that has ever happened to Canes Football (that includes Pell Grants and Shapiro), and have in fact, garnered the title of being the 'Worst College Football Fan Base'. Pathetic!

Unfortunately, it not going to stop as they will then complain about HOW we win the championships. We could have Alabama's record/titles over the last 6 years and the haters would still be attacking the players and coaches.

In my view, this started immediately after the National Championship Rose Bowl victory. Instead of celebrating many of those Canes Valley Girls were whining and complaining because Coker called the dogs off in the second half. Now, we are in the off-season and they are brutally slamming the coaching staff for ALLOWING Norton and McIntosh to declare for the NFL draft and for doing a terrible recruiting job, despite boasting the #6 recruiting class in all of college football. They are NEVER satisfied!

Although I've been drunk countless times with the gator fan base as a former alum, I'd still rather get **** faced with even the worst of my canes bros. In the end we all want to see the same return to college football dominance. I just wish the whiny vaginas would get a grip

We seem to have an abundance of two types of bad fans mixed in with the overabundance of great fans:

1. Whiners like OP alluded to; and
2. I hate to say it, but these delusional "it-doesn't-matter-we-lost-out-on-multiple-5-star-recruits-we-Da-U" members of the Ostrich Crew. Nah, it does matter. We won't magically win titles without blue chip players. The common denominator among the Sabans, Meyers, etc. is the blue chip talent they stack each and every year.
