central florida competition sucks though, they went undefeated in central florida then lost two years in a row to a south florida team where both times American Heritage QB outplayed him.

I think Nickel is unplayable unfortunately. As is Anderson. After Mensah, Coleman might be the second best QB on the team. Maybe third best after Mali. I sure hope we can get another stud transfer next year so Coleman can get over 195 lbs and put on some muscle.

The hype for nickel came crashing fast
Haven’t been this hype on a QB coming out of HS in a LONG time. Talent is insane. Has a hungry, humble mindset. Hoping he gets reps in blowouts this year and is starting the following.

He won his final 25 starts and two state titles at Milton. He's not trash, let it play out and see how he does with the ones and twos and another year under his belt. Obviously Mensah is going to be our starter.

Sitkowski is worse than all the other QBs who have played here recently: Jaren Williams, Jake Garcia, Emory, etc. Jon Richt might’ve been a better quarterback than Sitkowski. He had four touchdowns and 18 interceptions as a freshman at Rutgers. And it wasn’t just a Rutgers problem—dude couldn’t get it done at IMG.
His senior year at IMG he literally got benched. He’s now the co-quarterbacks coach at Illinois

Nickel stuck around for a reason.
He must really believe in himself, and I’m sure the coaches fought to keep him.
That alone tells me no one should write him off.

Think the staff is in that mode where if they dont think you an NFL QB they not playing you. If they see you in practice and trust you they wont go into the portal. It's that simple IMO
