Cant wait to see what garvin can do as a starter. DJ Johnson came in as the 5 star cant miss prospect and Garvin ended up taking his spot!

Also, Bethel is a junior already?? ****..

Also, with jones, until proven otherwise, for him tito is the toughest, but by no means what jones says holds any weight with me until its actually shown, jones is not qualified yet to be the mus test for d-linemen!

I laugh almost everyday at these nerd sites saying things like "Miami has the 19th rated recruiting class, and certainly that's not where coach richt/Miami wants to be" lol, first off how can you prove a class is ranked #19, and i can guarantee you coach richt doesnt care about your rankings, cause its an insult to actual coaching evals.

That's why last year when we got dj johnson from cali i wasnt hype, i was hype when i saw garvins highlights cause you could tell in his video he had already outgrown the highschool, just like Jahfari harvey has as well. It didnt surprise me that johnson transfered, Great sign that the competition here is back to being real. Again, people keep wondering "is Miami back" the answer is ABSOLUTELY, the championship formula and environment has be restablished, the players are back to having fun again, the competition in practice is all the way back up, so if you come to Miami now, you cant be no punk, any receiver that comes to UM now, you know he has heart. Same with the runningbacks, same at several positions and soon almost all of them.

Im just enjoying the journry back, last season was a Great start, had people worried, the main thing now is we got the strength and conditioning matching the athletes again that we have so they can maximize their own individual talents.

No matter how it plays out this year, we know we back to having a squad again, and one that's on the rise very quickly. Blades jr. Is here yall, playing no games, he will help to lead this team now and in the future, it's natural for him, it's in his DNA!

“Just staying in my playbook, keep asking questions, keep going over film - changing my diet, sleeping habits, things of that nature,” Jones said.

I love what is happening with the offense of line. I think the mind set has changed and making us better up front. if they're all doing this we will be in great shape this year.

One thing that's fun, we back to already having alot of players you dont want to get caught in a foot race with.
I didn't know or care what travis homer's 40 timee was, when i saw him out run V-tech's defense, that was all i needed to see. In Truth, mark walton was a balla, and will always be, but his speed didnt put fear in people. Im looking forward to seeing what homer can do in a full game against Fsu, they wasnt ready for em last year in the few carries that he got. I luv the way homer runs, cause he runs like he's an a_ _ hole Supreme.

If I recall correctly, Jones was pretty much written off by everyone last year. What an amazing turnaround!

he was written off like his first practice...dont remember who but someone put him on his ***

They said the same things about Tito.

I recall a lot of people saying things like we were wasting our time with him.

Player interviews never cease to impress me with their maturity, cohesiveness and team focus. Staff has done a great job across the board.

Agreed only if he shows up during the season. He could be having a greentree fall camp special.. I'll wait to the end of September.

Typically the Greentree specials have been skill positions that showed lots of flashes when there was no contact involved. But I agree. Let's see how he does in this scrimmage. If he performs well in that then it is legit.

Garvin and Joe Jackson are both day one picks when they go. I think the DE & DT positions are going to be a major strength for us. They're no longer look paper thin like before spring ball.
