Can Kosi Take The Next Step?

N
Can perry develop to play like king. Now with a good scheme and coaching. It seems like he has similar physical talents. Does anyone think he can take that step next year? Playing behind king could help him learn
Not waiting on it

**** nah. Those lights still too bright for Perry. He has something going on that can’t be taught or coach. He gets on that field and start thinking wayyy too much. He often look scared as **** or like a deer stuck in headlights. It’s not his mechanics or his arm strength at all. He just plays too scary.

Kosi has the arm, but he needs to spend a lot more time being a student of the game, especially in Lashlee's offense-- tempo, multiple reads.

Kosi is a lot slower, less shifty and less athletic than King. Sometimes King looks like a running back out there lol. The guy can return kicks to the house! You can't coach that.

Kosi's wind up and release are also slower than King's. They are two different specimens.

N'Kosi Perry is a good backup. If he ever starts for Miami again, this team will take a huge step back. That's not a knock on Perry, but more about how King is just that special.

Maybe that's harsh, but it's how I see it. We have an elite guy here in King, and that raises the bar. We are very lucky. With Perry, this team's ceiling is 9 wins. With King, we're a playoff team if everything is clicking.

A lot of Kosi slander.... While he would not be nearly as dynamic as king, I guarantee you see a different Kosi if you let him get comfortable in this offense. Kid can sling it and is mobile enough to make you pay.

If King leaves Kosi will have a chance to prove it one way or the other. Think TVD has more upside but Kosi does have the experience.
PS
Could also be a QB we do not even know his name yet
