Did I miss something on Buchanan? Are people down on him enough that he already "lost" the RG job?

Would absolutely love if Cogdon showed out to the point he's immediately viable for rotation snaps, sure.

Buchanan losing the the starting job would be real concerning. Obviously that has not been stated by anyone within the program but would not be a great development.

Unfortunately, the band is not coming. I know someone in the band. Absolutely ridiculous. This is like the 3rd time in the row we have played FAMU and the band didnt come. Im a FAMU alum and even wonder WTF is the point of even playing FAMU if the band doesnt come? Play Appalachian State or some ****.

Nothing missed about Buchanan. I like him. If he starts at RG, I'm good with it. I've just heard more about Cogdon on the pod.

Ah, got it.

I really liked Buchanan's game and think he can offer a different dynamic at RG while still being physical enough for what we like to do. Heck, wouldn't mind seeing him get some backup snaps at Center behind RR.

I hope he solidifies the job and Cogdon is good enough to get rotation snaps and be truly viable starting candidate by around late October. We need a 3rd and 4th OG. We have 3 tackle options, and hopefully 4 if Meriweather can offer snaps at RT in a pinch.
 
Not a practice question because you wont have seen this yet...but what are those in the know saying about the ability of our ends to stop the run. It was a very important part of what Bain and Mesidor brought to the table last season.
