Cam Ward is HIM

This dude is cold af. He looked so composed against Florida. Then he makes a play tonight that got called back but he was rolling out and threw back across his body for a TD. He’s the best player we’ve had on campus in a long long time.

let's not get it too twisted. Cam has elevated the program but the program has also elevated Cam. He was putting up gaudy numbers over on the left coast too but at the end was only projected to maybe a 4th round pick and he really wasn't getting the national attention he is now.

Fast forward to this year and he is right up there in the Hypesman talk and some are now projecting him to be a day one pick.

Coming back to WSU wouldn't have done that for him. Picking the U and Miami staying after him was a smart business decision for both sides.

Jalen Hurts is 6’1, mahomes is 6’2, Lamar is 6’2, Tua is 6’1, Dak is 6’2, Staffard is 6’3, Caleb is 6’1. There are a few more I could name that are right around Wards height lol
Brees was barely 6’ and he did alright…seems like the guys that are shorter in statue learn to get around that by releasing their throws from different angles to get the job done..

Starting to pop up in some top 5 of mock drafts (obviously way to early and no one really knows) but every win this team has to start the season the expectations are going to grow not only in our fanbase but nationally so it feels like we could use a battle/reality check type win where we overcome something. Maybe a game like Bama just had with USF where they throw an early haymaker and we just take control over time.

I'm completely bias admittedly and believe Can could have went to a few schools and elevate such program. The "U" gain is notoriety and recruits from the elevation of Can Ward possibly actually winning the ACC for once. He came to a team that got beat by GT after that horrid decision. Let's go Cane's
