I agree Cam would elevate any program...but my point is that going to a program like UM also shines more attention on him. I think he saw the type of offense we have and an OC very familiar with air raid concepts that he would thrive in, and the personnel we would have coming back, and who we would add in the portal to bolster the offense.

Yes, he could have went to any other high profile program (FSU was a team he flirted with) but made his decision to come to the U which is panning out quite well for both parties at the moment.

I look forward to seeing how we respond when teams start taking away the deep ball or sitting in 8 man zone or 2 deep.. We failed miserably last year, do we have a counter for the counter. To me that is mark of a good offense and OC. If a defense forces you to play left handed can you impose your will or counter..

Go look at @Midlo Cane Fan thread from last year, we had GREAT numbers early in the season also, TVD was toast of town (I think much more highly of Cam than TVD, just saying) then our answer for 3 man rush drop 8 was max protect.. and our season died. :jordan:
