nah this kid strong af. I like to consider myself strong but my max in my prime was bout 435. I have gotten up 450 but I wasn’t doing no reps. This kid doing reps with that type weight is crazy
And I’m guessing you weren’t 16 when you were pushing up that weight. (Which is impressive in its own right)nah this kid strong af. Bruh, some people are just natural freaks (and I’m not talking the Diddy type either,500 at 16 is insane. That 475 close grip is even more ridiculous, no matter the age. As a somewhat tall person bench max always annoyed me. That makes both of those things with a long wingspan even more impressive.
Shot put alone means no comps. Are there any comps at all to a guy like this? Measurables/weight room/track and field etc
I was 18-21 range. That’s why I said that kid ridiculous. I know his pops strong as hèll too cause that dude swoleAnd I’m guessing you weren’t 16 when you were pushing up that weight. (Which is impressive in its own right)
How many guys on the team can bench 500 right now? I’m fairly certain that Dan Sileo holds the record for bench press at 535, which he did as a college junior/senior. Cantwell did 500 as a 16 year old high school junior. Sileo is 6’1”. Cantwell 6’8”.
That's how I read it.I was 18-21 range. That’s why I said that kid ridiculous. I know his pops strong as hèll too cause that dude swole
You might be right. Even so, 560 as a 21/22 year old vs 500 at 16 is dayum impressive.Pretty sure Kevin ***an does at 560lbs. Maybe someone with access can catch a photo of the records. They used to hang in the Hecht and were by position.
His dad Christian Cantwell bench 630I was 18-21 range. That’s why I said that kid ridiculous. I know his pops strong as hèll too cause that dude swole
