How did so many of you get your hopes back up once again? Did the 2 game winning streak really spark belief inside of you? I swear half of you made these false threats after GT or some earlier loss. Do yourselves a favor and stop believing, stop caring, and stop letting it bother you. Because the people in charge do not care.

Manny was hired after the real signing day (early signing day.) That's part of why it all made no sense. Richt had already signed the recruiting class a few days earlier, and the players were locked in at that point. There was no recruiting to save by the time Richt resigned and Manny was hired.

Yeah, I didn’t remember it right then and that really doesn’t make any sense. There wasn’t the same sense of urgency even.
