By far the worst loss in my 35 years as a fan

The fact that we were still running the playclock down to single digits down big in the second half tells you how overmatched our coaches are.

Even just speeding things up as a change of pace to see if that could wake up the offense would have been smart. Nope. We kept trudging along like snails. Then when we did hurry up we started shredding them. Fcking morons.

Yep. Pushing the tempo and spreading them out and we suddenly had 24 points in almost no time at all. That game should have been 56-10 with that basic understanding and switching up in the first half.

I went to Daytona to watch my kid's marching band competition, so I planned on catching the game this morning on YouTube. Sure enough as soon as your search results come up, there's the score. Saved me a lot of time. The strange thing is that not having watched the game I'm not nearly as ****ed. I wish I could just walk away because I know it won't get better from here.

I know they won’t fire Manure because my school is run by gutless pvssies and toilet lickers. But in any other business in the world, if an employee had a performance like that, he’d be fired on the spot. That was the equivalent of squeezing every female coworker’s **** while screaming “HONK! HONK!” and then running around hurling racial epithets and following that up by taking a giant dump on the boss’s desk and wiping your *** with his tie and then pimp slapping him with the poo soaked tie.

I thought the GT loss was the worst thing I’d ever see. But this one takes the cake by a hundred miles.

In closing, why were we huddling and walking around so late in the game down 3 scores?

that’s quite a creative analogy

Franchise, your toxic masculinity will not be tolerated. We almost won! Another loss and we have 6 toxic wins and 6 beautiful losses, balancing out the inclusive and diverse world we live in! Isnt it wonderful?!?

I cannot think of any reason to dispute your statement, spot on.

I can’t imagine Duke game up there, let alone the “ Bird Road La Carreta Bowl at Tropical Park “ invite has been presented.

I just woke up rn thinking I had a bad dream that we lost to fiu..
It even sounds ridiculous when you write it out or even say it out loud, wtf, we actually lost to fiu?? Holy sh*t, fire everyone in the unathletic dept..

The lack of urgency is tremendous.

Pimp, the lack of anything is tremendous right now. Truthfully, Pitt should’ve beat us (again, thank u Narduzzi), UVA should’ve beat us (Thank you Conservative Mendenhall), and CMU should’ve beat us (Thank you WRs). We haven’t earned a victory yet this yr, besides FSU & BCU. Those other three teams lucked in to a L.

We’ve played Bush league all season: Missed tackle after missed tackle, the inability to convert 3rd Downs, crippling tempo variance when up or down on the scoreboard, defense giving up yuge 3rd & 4th down conversions, the offense’s inability to score TDs in the RZ, players being under utilized, players being overly utilized.....I mean u name it, and this season has been filled with it.

On a micro level, there are a hundred plays where we **** the sheets. On a macro level, losing to FIU should never be an option here and should result in immediate torching of the football staff, AD, and a ground-up restart.
100% agree. I have never seen us as unprepared as we were last night. I was 6 when we lost to ECU and FAMU/HBCU's were putting great players in the league back then.

I'm trying real hard to think of one positive from last night's game. It was an absolute **** show. Lethargic players starting with the QB, fiu having more overall team speed, enos making zero adjustment when it was obvious they had figured us out, Baker once again scheming us out of position, turtle pace on offense, coverage breakdowns on simple concepts like smash routes, oline back to ****, as much as we thought our S&C has improved those little RBs and WRs were falling forward after every tackle, and I can go on and on.

This wasn't a game where we just tripped up and had a one off bad game with a bunch of mistakes. These are things that have been going on all year. They took us to the woodshed in every facets of the game. The entire staff should have been let go Lane Kiffin style after a performance like that.

Because they don't give a ****.
I'm lucky I didn't get to watch this **** show.

Same as most every other game this year. Walk around listlessly, take a year to get plays in from the sideline, run sloppy or cut off routes, look to your sideline for a coach you respect only to find find buddies who play coach and look as lost as you do...

You know...A 2019 Hurricane Saturday.

True. And getting slower by the year. We keep signing all these slow players and I’ve been harping on it for years. We have a bunch of slow commits for this coming class too.
Been saying this for ages, and keep hearing our guys are fast amd get faster the longer they are at UM.
