Nick Saban doesn't find anybody. Alabama has a recruiting staff of 97 people... no joke. A lot of ex coaches, high school coaches, and scouts who dig around and do all the work so that Nick Saban can take credit for it.

But mostly, they offer guys who are already highly rated.
