How to read advanced stats:
1) sort on stat
2) see if really good teams are at the top of the list, if not, reverse sort order
3) If good teams are clustered at the top, see how far your team/guy is from the top; complain or cheer accordingly
4) if order makes no sense, complain about the nerds making stats never watching the games
5) post thoughts from 3 or 4 on CIS

I meant it’s hard to judge his recruiting ability by where he has been. But dynamic personality, he has the traits you want in a recruiter. This has nothing to do with anything but his nickname is Big Oak.

Not sure I’m making a point , your post was wrong and stupid. Barry wasn’t an ol coach in the nfl. He worked under the ol coach. “ assistant ol coach “ gets the ol coach water.

Know your facts before you put “ dumb “ , I actually knew his title unlike your dumb ***.

It’s a good hire ,I guess that’s my point. A lot better than a bum being fired from **** near every job and a guy who had no kind of teaching experience. At least Simpson has years of teaching experience.

This guy has a great resume and lots of experience for a young dude. One of the best hires we’ve made in awhile.

Your an idiot lol if you read my post I said I liked the hire. It also says that their resume is better, in which it is solely as an OL coach. You can't say oh it's ok for Jess to be an Assistant DL coach but its different because Barry was an assistant OL coach.
