Why I love this pick up:

1. The kid’s stats have improved drastically every year

2. Mature, leader, “follow my lead” type of player, something we desperately need

And

3. He’s playing for his mama. Remember Hurns last season w us? Hurns was trying to put on for his mom and had a helluva season. Didn’t get him drafted, but that work ethic caused him to break an undrafted FA record in receiving and got him paid.

This kid wants to put on for the fam, and u can’t teach hunger.

When does this kid get here? The sooner, the better for everyone. He sounds like a freak workaholic. Type of dude who's going to rub passive, soft kids the wrong way, they'll clique against him, but then up their games if they wanna stick around. The winners will embrace the competition and get better. Hope we continue to attract desperately hungry kids and run off every single entitled kid - SoFla ties or not.

Brought a sense of professionalism to the way he handled his business. This is a big-time need in the WR room. Need to teach these young guys how to work.
