Nope born and raised in Florida, just the idea that people get to pick and chose which ethnicity they want to make fun of is ridiculous.

It's like making fun of Blacks waiting on there checks at the first of the month or not knowing who the father is Cubans floating over...etc....the immaturity just shows when people chose not to be as smart as they are and take the "easy" way out

Again like OP u are going on a generalization.....I will concede and say u r right I am wrong and apologize for my ignorance........but say Merry Christmas or which ever holiday u celebrate and will always say Go Canes.....

Who knows. Maybe, just maybe, 40 years from now...jokes about geographic residency and illegal alcohol consumption and sexual-relations-between-relations will be the new criteria for cancel culture, and all of these jokes will have aged poorly. ****, I didn't even make the joke, I simply pointed out the structural distinctions between certain kinds of jokes.

For now, though, I am factually accurate in saying that jokes about people living in Kentucky are NOT the equivalent of jokes about Cubans.

Until then, enjoy your highly inoffensive smack-talk at football games. I'm sure it's a hoot (apologies to owls, no offense intended)...
