After turnover everyone in the stadium or watching on TV would focus on the coach placing chain on the player and the entire stadium would celebrate.All the players enjoyed it tremendously, it was a lot of fun.Recruits loved it.ESPN would invariably show it in highlights .

The TD rings were far worse. But the chain's time has passed and we shouldn't bring it back. It is too tied to the past failed regime

The rings were so ******* bad it wasn’t even funny. The chain was cool for 2017 and 2018 but after that it was played. At least the defenses in those 2 years were some of the best in the country.
