Brian Hightower?

Richt is gonna go ultra conservative now. Even though he doesn’t need to. We have depth now. Let’s use it and let them fly.

Eh idk people said rosier would start the whole season and then what do you know richt benched him after possibly his best performance of his career. Richt also went for it on multiple 4th down plays and that’s definitely not conservative.

Everyone needs to calm down. JT is going to play and will be fine. Once the adrenaline kicks in, he won't feel a thing. We still have our top three WRs in JT, Harley and Cager. Those three and Jordan are going to get the majority of the throws and the rest of the WRs fill in a catch or two in the game. 81 & 7 have a combined 13 catches this season. Wiggins, Njoku and Pope can fill in for that production.

Not with them hands and how he be playing smaller than his size

Two overblown criticism of him on this board. JT dropped a pass in the FSU game as well. Cager dropped two but only one counts bc he made up for it on the next play.

It's not up for debate is a qualifier a person uses when they are entirely unprepared to make an argument.

1) He's not in the top 40 receiving yards this season.
2) He didn't finish in the top 40 receiving yards last season.

Please, explain to me how he's elite without referring to his potential.

Those stats don’t have anything to do with a player being elite. Cager is the #2 option at WR on the team. He’s ahead of other elite talents at the position so how can he not be elite??

Lol Y’all need to have more belief in our own players. Be to quick to pull out almanacs and bull**** stats to diss our own players anytime somebody try to give them some praise.

It ain’t no diss(he isn’t elite) he just needs to be more consistent, it’s his 4th year here and is the most experienced receiver in the room, we NEED him to be reliable

Elite in what?

/reminds me of the Donofrio film session about the safety being evaluated. He's not elite in anything other than being a safety. What a maricon
Cager could be elite. He has the ability. He has to do a better job of using his size and his hands. Too often he allows the ball to get into his body. His height and length allow him to make plays outside of the defendable radius of most every DB in the country. When he allows the ball into his body he gives defenders a chance.

IMO he is a good player, he has done a lot of very good things. His catch in the ND game was truly elite. I think he shows elite skills, problem is 'at times"

We had two elite receivers at the beginning of the year in Richards and Thomas. Now we have one. Cager flashes, but is not consistent enough to be elite.

he is reliable that’s why he starts every gane you must be watching another team

No matter how much depth we always have at WR we always end up with no depth by the end of the year

Well.... when you put it THAT way, lol

If we could field one squad of all the dudes that could reac

Elite talent does not equal elite production. You're talking about potential.

It's like asking of an NFL player "is he a Hall of Famer?" If you need to ask the question, the answer is probably no.

Cash Money, I like Cager, he fills a need/role that is needed. but geez, he simply gets his hands on too many passes that he doesn't catch - which is kinda a problem at WR
