NFL Brian Flores Suing NFL for Discrimination

So is he upset because NYG had already decided to hire Daboll before they interviewed him and only interviewed him because they had to? Um, welcome to the real world, happens everyday at companies across America. Companies routinely identify the candidate they want for a particular position before posting the job and only perform interviews due to a requirement. Get over it, be more desirable and you'll get hired.

IT DO HAPPEN BUT BYTCH YOU AIN'T SUPPOSE TO GET CAUGHT DOING DAT **** HAHA

I mean, its in violation of the Rooney Rule, so no. He has every right to not get over it.

Companies also dont interview people after deciding they will already hire someone else.

I’m with Flores on the Ross crap. Can’t pay a man to lose. Everything else is sour grapes.

I don’t get it. The Rooney rule is in place and teams have to abide by it. If the guy you interview before is your guy but the league is making you interview someone else it is that guys job to blow your socks off for the job. If the Giants had their mind made up they had it made up. Half the kids we talk about on the recruiting board already have their mind made up about going to the SEC and it’s Miami’s job to convince them otherwise. If they don’t they stick with the school the were enamored with to begin with.
Apples and bananas.

This doesn’t make much sense. They couldn’t hire Daboll officially until after his interview.

Dumb of Flores, killed his career.
Ross has got to be one of the dumbest billionaires on earth.
People applauding this just don’t understand

I mean on one hand of course I support the idea that he’s doing this, in principle

But if you don’t understand you can’t fight the game by now, then you won’t ever understand it

in all fairness he probably was going to be blackballed. ross tells his buddies he doesnt play well with others and its over with the rest of the old boys network.
Yep. Already was happening. There was a report stating that the GMen were going to make him explain the power struggle, etc. I knew right then and there he wasn't gonna get the gig. They speak in code in those circles, but the gist would be an "angry black man" trope, not a team player... the usual.

"companies do illegal schit everyday get over it". I hope you feel the same way regarding all crimes, not just the laws you disagree with.

This doesn’t make much sense. They couldn’t hire Davilla officially until after his interview.
If they already have decided on that candidate and only interview someone to satisfy the rule, that is a violation against the rule.

The rule was made to allow equal opportunities for minority coaches. There is no equal opportunity if someone has no chance at a job because someone else already will get it.

Exactly and don’t talk about money, he made a mint with Miami and then got a huge buyout.
I liked the guy, but this is just dumb and counterproductive to what he’s trying to do.
Plus he’s a snitch.

Well you can, there was a billion dollar lawsuit that forced the NFL to introduce player safety rules.
