NFL Brian Flores Suing NFL for Discrimination

Which one of those amounts to discrimination?
To be honest, I didn't read the entire lawsuit. you can if you have the time. It's posted all over social media. Also, the BB text messages could be considered discrimination. BB is texting his former assistant coach (Daboll) congratulating him on his new HC job with the Giants. But BB is really texting Brian Flores who hadn't even been interviewed yet.

Steve Ross (aka Alfred E. Neuman)is going to let Harbaugh walk(again) to Minnesota and instead hire guy who looks like he belongs behind the counter at The Geek Squad. I can believe the story that McDaniel didn’t even call plays at SF Kyle Shanahan did. It’s Joe Philbin 2.0 all over again!

Ross‘ conflict of interest and loyalty to Michigan has undermined this organization for years. It’s time for The NFL to step and force him to sell the team.

McDaniel has already proven he can’t handle being a head coach in the NFL, but sure let Ross give him another chance to trash another franchise

This is the same case for everyone else who interviews for that job then regardless. I don’t know the order of everyone’s interviews but if you have your guy you have your guy. What do you do say we want Brian Ada I’ll and we will take the fine for not interviewing Flores?
The point of the Rooney Rule was to interview every candidate, analyze these afterwards and then make a decision internally and officially.

Or: how every regular company hires their guys.

He is black and latino and he was actually hired as a head coach before the age of 40... what am I missing?

Seems like a move for someone who wasnt hired...

Yeah that's the thing people are kind of overlooking. He already had been hired to be a HC so this isn't about him not getting an opportunity. He refuses to do what the owner asks, is disrespectful to the "franchise" QB (who he ended up with because he refused to do what the owner asked), and then when the owner tries to fix the QB situation (that Flores created) by trading for Watson he dimes out the owner and says he is tampering. Dude isn't getting another opportunity because he wouldn't play ball, not because of race.

Again this is a dream world scenario. A lot of people know who they already want and have to interview other people regardless. It’s the corporate world. A small business owner can interview one person and say I like you that’s it.

This isnt a dream scenario, its literally how hirings are done.

Especially with grading websites for companies, every interview is like an advertisement. If word comes out that you have a ****** hiring process, that you cancel scheduled interviews because you already have your guy, or seem to be less interested in an interview because you have already made your choice (no serious company does this, its stupid malpractice), it paints a bad picture.

I know the cool thing on social media to do is bluster on about injustices in the world

And it sounds cool to support it and repost give the little likes and reshares

But you either figure out how to win someone else’s game or create your own. This is as useful as the “end racism” **** on the helmets

People won’t like it but it’s true
When you make someone open up there wallet it had a way bringing validity to it. If he settles it will show this is about him and not the cause. If he takes them to court and puts all this on record it will not just be a "end racism" moment.
