Brenden Sorsby- The Gambling Addiction

Section 3 of the league's bylaws gives presidents the ability to sanction member schools by a supermajority vote of those not involved in the issue, or 12 of 15 schools, excluding Texas Tech. League presidents can sanction a member for a variety of reasons, including for engaging in "any action or a course of conduct materially adverse to the best interests of the conference taken as a whole." also it appears the b12 would file this in federal court.

also, note to Kirby dumbcunt, dont sign agreements without reading them. this is in their power to do so.

yeah my guy, and I like Cody, but claiming collusion when all the ADs are getting together to essentially vote on sanctions as required by the bylaws. I saw it posted earlier (did not check for accuracy) but if they need 12/15 schools to vote in favor of something for essentially super majority then under Cody's definition "collusion" occurs when 12 people get together to vote against or for something, like no ****. Also I would like to hear how Cody would define boycott and highlight its differences from his definition of collusion.

theyre gonna make the argument that anytime a league decides To do something that they dont like, its COLLUSION! no its consequences. I really hope that entire team implodes and sorsby tears up his knee and Cody also gets arrested for being a pedo bc he prolly is one

Agreed. I WANT Texas Tech to sue the Big 12. And then watch as the Big 10 and SEC cherry-pick the best teams from the ACC and the Big 12 EXCEPT FOR LITIGIOUS TEXAS TECH.

That is what Terry Rozier, Jontay Porter were doing in the NBA. Giving tips to people to take the under (many of them getting posted on discord - at least in the Porter case) on their individual lines, among other tips.

when you go back and watch Terry Rozier clips during this time - its unreal. Just comedy on the court and he, like Porter, would pull themselves at the right time with a fugazi injury.

I am shocked that a former offensive lineman with no law degree was opining on "collusion" and "antitrust" without reading the conference bylaws...

I still am in disbelief that a judge ruled for Sorsby. I mean, it's 2026 and you know....but c'mon. Everything you said I agree with.

Does anyone ever wonder back in 86 ……vinnie literally throwing the game away w that performance v pedo state????? I’ve always wondered about that game as Miami would have beat that team 99/100 times
