2026 Breck Kolojay 4* OL from IMG (via Littleton, CO)

Why do people keep acting like we have a salary cap?

This is the last year of unchecked Collective NIL money. Use it or lose it. Next year will be different.
any insight into what the University is thinking in terms of the NIL collective? Is it still going to be separate? Bringing it in house to manage it all internally? I’m sure donors will hear more information about what our options are going forward as everything gets figured out.

Haven’t followed the house settlement thread.
But did the house settlement and revenue sharing change anything for us?
It seems like we began to strike out and or get ghosted after it went through.
Wasn’t Clemson heavily favored for Perry-Wright?

Do we know what the sec and big10 revenue share is ? Or are they cashing checks with promises?

We also weren’t hearing sht from Wisconsin until it went through either.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they are also spreading rumors about us getting the ncaa hammer.

DMoney seemed to imply that funds were pretty limited when he talked about not blowing our load in July.
Our funds are not limited to the extent that were near broke or something. We have a top 6/7NIL program in the country.. I really wish people would start understanding this. If we lose a kid, it’s not about money.

What the **** are you talking about? NCAA hammer? Have you even followed that case, the NCAA stated we did nothing wrong in getting Lucas from Wisconsin. Why do people just come on here and say stupid stuff like that, that is not based in any reality. Smh

I’m going to scream this to the moon right here and hopefully people will start understanding the reality. Paying players by the school and NIL are separate! F🙌ck! How many times do people have to say this, limiting a players NIL worth is illegal! It’s ******* illegal! Just because schools can also pay players doesn’t mean those players can’t go out and make extra money through NIL and there is no limits on it. Smh

Chill my man. Relax.

I’m not saying the ncaa is gonna do anything. All I’m saying is that schools will use anything to negatively recruiting us. And fyi, they are negatively recruiting us harder than ever before.

So while other schools can hand out cash in McDonald’s bags and funnel money out of pediatric cancer charities to give recruits, land a transfer with a no contact clause in less than 48hrs; we can’t land a coveted transfer or the number one overall recruit without everybody wanting us to burn at the stake or even suing us.

So I guess the first contract that gets flagged/rejected in the Deloitte portal will be litigated into oblivion. Am I reading that correctly?

I am so ready for the first lawsuit that comes from trying to say someone’s “NIL” isn’t worth a certain amount on the open market when it, in fact, has clearly been established as being worth that by the very contract they’ll be trying to void.

Dude, all that McDonald’s bag BS is in the past now. We live in the NIL era and we are a top seven NIL program. So if we don’t get somebody, it has nothing to do with money because we’re always gonna have a competitive offer on the table. Always!

My comment was based solely on what D$ said on the pod.

Again, I don’t know how many times I have to say this, but I’ll say again. You cannot limit a players NIL earnings., If you do, it is against the law! Take that, however, you want, but those are the facts.

I’m interested to see how Deloitte handles this OL at TT’s contract… $5m plus seems well beyond fair market value lol

What I would say is that everyone’s funds are limited. Some more than others. We have an elite collective but have spent a ton on retention, the #3 portal class, and a Top 10 high school class with the #1 overall player. So decisions have to be made, which is no different than other top schools.

Bruh we struck out last cycle as well without that house settlement ****

Rignt…And that’s a point people asking for the bank to broken need to remember.

What OL and where did you read that???

I guess it’s rev share not NIL, which seems like it may be problematic when his teammates read this.

i.e. money has been spent and lots of it...reserves are below where they need to be at this time, but the Mario camp believes that with a successful season, those reserves will be plenty to close with a flurry...
