They've been looking for Travis II for the last three years and it shows. He was a great college QB. They expect to find one in the discount aisle.
Thing is, they're not that far away from respectable. They easily should have had a winning record last year.
Prediction for this year - I expect a better record but a worse team. Too many new pieces to get integrated, and the offense won't be as explosive.
