Bowl Projection

Right now it’s looking like the Gasparilla Bowl, v.s. Western Michigan (Dec 23., Tampa, FL) or the Military Bowl v.s. SMU ( Dec. 27, Annapolis, MD). Also pretty sure this assumes we go 7-5.

6-6 probably gets us the Hallmark Channel Charmin Diarrhea Bowl.

Would anyone actually go? I’ve been to the military bowl before. That stadium is wide open and it feels like it’s 50 below. At the least, you’d be rooting for a canes team without Díaz on the sideline.

If we finish 7-5 we'll get a better bowl than that. The ACC sucks so bad 7-5 is pretty good. Only 4 teams in the whole league will finish better than 7-5. Wake, NC State, Pitt and Clemson. (I'm assuming UVA drops one more.) The ACC Champ will go to a New Years six bowl so that just leaves three other teams "ahead" of Miami. Just need ND to win out and get a NY6 bowl so they don't steal one of the ACC's bowl games.

That’s true. We’d probably get the Pinstripe Bowl or another bowl game around the Dec. 28-30 timeframe.
