Tbh... I'm not looking forward to the bowl game right now. There's a legitimate chance that at some point in the game, Lou Cristobal will be snapping the ball to a walk-on, freshman QB.

The transfer portal and players sitting out for the draft have ruined bowl season.

I’d take any offense that wouldn’t score points, since we won’t be scoring much either (presumably TVD has nothing to play for most likely hitting the portal).

Add in the probability NFL draft-bound guys or portal guys like Kam, Cohen, LT, James Williams, maybe even JHH or Lee, etc. might sit…it’s going to be a lot of youth, a lot of promise and some fun, but a lot of mistakes and sloppiness.

Give me Rutgers, Wisconsin (shudders), Utah (shudders even though they played their 5th-string QB yesterday due to injuries), Kentucky, Northwestern, Northern Illinois, Air Force, Wyoming, Cal, Auburn, South Alabama, ULL.

Fair point. I’m sure they have one on scholarship which might not be the case for us. I think it’s just the Kevin Jennings kid that came in for them… RS Freshman true dual threat.
