A couple points of disagreement:
Perry: Not sure why you think Perry's nerves are a concern going forward. Was he flustered at the start of the game? Maybe. He was also making his first start in one of the biggest rivalries in football. Having some jitters was to be expected. He also had the fsu DL in his face all game and zero run game. 5 sacks, most of which were not his fault. Yet he didn't get happy feet and throw a single INT (I don't remember him even throwing any passes that had a chance of getting picked unless the ball bounced off of Cagers chest). In the second half he was dealing. 4 TDs (should have been 5 TDs). Crazy to give him less than a B+.
Willis- if he finishes the season with the same dominance as he has shown the first 6 games, he is absolutely a first round pick, and works himself into the top 15. Elite DTs aren't falling off trees.
Cager- D? Bruh, come on. Does he remind you of your high school bully or something? That is a ridiculous grade. He had some drops, he made the ones that counted. Dropped one TD, caught 2. B-/C+
Richt- grade seems fair, but this was never going to be a 2 TD win. Unless you just started watching the Canes, you'd know that these games almost always come down to the wire, regardless of the records. In any case Richt is getting no higher than a C+ from me for the remainder of the season until he bring in a new special teams coach. It's not just 3 years of bad special teams in Miami, his special teams at UGA were also garbage his last few years (I think he also had a double duty coach there too). So it's not that we are unlucky on special teams, when it happens at two different schools you can tell that it is a matter of coaching philosophy. Richt just doesn't think special teams are a priority (hence not having a dedicated special teams coach at either stop). That's just foolish (and an easy fix, sp teams coaches don't command top dollar) and is the kind of thing that will 100% keep you out of the playoffs.
