So, what the ticket schlocker is saying is just root for the team and hope for the best regardless of their on-field performance, and that he is not going to do anything to try to improve the product. Basically, you should be a fan and give us your money regardless of performance. Please point out another business that can put a terrible product out there and still prosper.
Can you imagine Fain or Miller taking similar stances with their employees? I can't. Fain and Miller would run similarly performing employees out of town on a rail. But they don't care about football. They think that they are running an elite academic institution. LOL. No matter how UM tries to build it's reputation, it will never be an elite academic institution. Oddly enough, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Northwestern and Duke are all invested in having winning athletic (including football) programs.
As there is no pressure on Folden or the ticket schlocker, the only conclusion I can draw is that UM just doesn't care about putting a competitive product on the field. If UM doesn't care about the product, then I will not care about the product.
What I don't get is why do they think it is mutually exclusive?
Then again look at what they have created/done since 2004.
