They should give over administrative management of the football program to Zo even as they are planning to part ways with Blake and Manny should have to report to Zo rather than them having equal power. I trust Zo to do his job and to let our coach do his job without interference so long as the measured outcome of the coach's decisions are benefitting the program. To me, a competent and confident coach would not push back against having a real football guy who he can bounce ideas off of and to go to get support for things from UM's administration as a boss. That is a healthy arrangement in businesses and other institutions around the world and works fine.
