Formation was clearly expecting a pass play. 3rd and 10.
Its like when a qb draw gashes the defense on 3rd and long. Gap integrity is lost based off expectation of pass.
Im curious to see how that formation would fare against an actual pass, it seems like the oline would be really working hard to figure it out.
