Let me get this straight... the billboard company emailed 305 on Monday saying it would reach out to its accounting team to refund the money. This, after they apparently received complaints from the BOT or the Hecht.

Never mind the fact that the Hecht and BOT would never waste their time seeking to prevent the billboard. It's now Friday, where's the refund?
