- Zo or Torretta paired with more-experienced administrator is most likely scenario
- Per source, "the whole thing revolves around football. Nothing else."
- School wants to do something "meaningful"
- Most important- Manny almost assuredly gone in this scenario

U said almost there’s still a ******* chance he gets another year to cripple this program for longer. I weirdly have a feeling if Mario turns them down they will just keep Diaz and kill my now if that happens

He was smack in the middle of the whole mess at LSU…so if he can be hired why can’t Jurich…oh wait I know….they need another yes man and know Zo ain’t it.

You nor I have any idea about his involvement, or lack thereof, or mitigating factors, or what the details are of the problem with Jurich, if any.

Which is why you do background and use search firms. It's a fair concern, but stop pretending you or anyone else knows a thing about him. As of yesterday you couldn't say his name out loud to save your life.

This is a microcosm of message board lunacy. Everyone just fills in each gap in the puzzle (which is basically the grand canyon) with what they want to think and then attacks as if they are even slightly informed.

Watching this fanbase lose their minds over poorly researched and sourced nonsense is hilarious and sad at the same time. Yesterday, Jurich was such a candidate, Miami was willing to tell their search firm to go to ****, today it's Zo or Gino with Strawley.. There's a lot of clicks and engagement to be made from selling this fanbase fear ****.

Never said he should run the AD, don't think ZO or Gino should be tapped for that, replying based on article/OP. But in a director of football ops role, think both could do well at it. Like I said in another post, rather it be outside guys but it seems the University continues to dig in with Miami guys or ties, but we could do way worse than guys like Zo or Gino is all I am saying.
Neither are qualified to be the AD..

At least Zo has been involved in some parts of a football operation so I’m fine if he’s running the FB program UNDER an experienced AD but as far as Gino I love the guy as a football player but how does running a radio station or whatever he was doing give him experience with running a FB program even under an AD none the less with no one to direct him.

Gun to head: The Herald has not developed the best sources and are piecing together a mishmash of what they think are educated inferences, guesses, and interpretations. I would call it educated message board fodder to be honest. A little info, with a lot of guessing.

I don’t think they have anybody that is looking at the whole picture or getting the absolute best information. There’s others that are providing more insight.

Not saying what they have is 100% wrong, I just don’t trust any of it to be honest.

You forgot to add perhaps a bigger admin roll for Jen Strawley the goat
Joking aside, she’s actually pretty well regarded in the collegiate athletics community. Is she AD material? **** no. Should she have anything to do with hiring? **** no.

But, is she someone that knows the NCAA inside out, keep us in compliance, and make sure the trains run on time while Zo or another AD focuses on big picture stuff? Absolutely.

Evaluations of what?
Why you need someone separate to go to the AD for $$ or scheduling?

Zo has 0 experience being an administrator in college football.
Being an administrator or AD before means **** I honestly think I could do they job. Just get all the money u can and commit to winning seems easy Flake was just a SJW loser
