The elites at UM have been shytting on us serfs for almost 2 decades. They think we’re a bunch of dumba$$es, and that they are intellectually superior.

I never thought that I would get to hate this university, but I’m now there.

As I’ve said before, the level of corruption and nepotism is off the charts. These people are tone-deaf, and will continue to destroy our once proud athletics programs.

If the Herald story is true, get ready for at least 10-20 more years of sucking at all sports. This is a wash, rinse and repeat situation.

What coach wants a former player breathing down their neck telling them who to recruit?

Then you have the 100s of other former players breathing down Zo's neck telling him to recruit their kid, cousin, etc.

Zo would not be a legit candidate for anything in an AD at a top 25 football school. For some reason our fan base eats it up.

Although I know this will rub some alums the wrong way - if the report that they are almost exclusively focusing on football is correct, I'm happy.

I mean, I like it if we succeed in round ball and baseball, Track and Field, etc., but at the end of the day, I really just care about football. Even if they make more mistakes this year, if the administration is truly committed to football this time, we will eventually have a consistently good football program.

I think the problem is the BOT is even lower IQ. They're willing to squander an annual infusion of $20-$30M into the Athletic Department on an unproven, under-qualified AD because they have ties to Miami?? That's who you want controlling those funds?

Unless the BOT thinks they can run the AD all by themselves and just need a puppet to take care of the day to day. Or of course the $30M infusion that @DMoney has reported is all a ******* lie.

"Zo" I'm reeeeaaaal tired of this f'n guy. Some CTE-fueled grunt in an ill-fitting Men's Warehouse blazer.

He's qualified to be a position coach, maybe also head up recruiting for a head coach's staff. That's about it. That's literally his background. Evaluating individual football players... but people want to hand him an entire athletic department that's in absolute shambles and must make a great hire before potentially falling into permanent irrelevance? You fellas are off your rocker if you're with this plan.

That's the best we got? A talent evaluator? That's what we paid a search firm for? Lmao.

"Hey search firm I need to hire a brain surgeon, what do you got?
"Here's a janitor from the ER. That'll be 200k."

I wish whichever sumbltch on the BT that was responsible for this could be dragged -- nevermind, I don't want to get banned again for "mean poopie head speech."
