The more infusion of talent & competition the better, but really like Nickel. Just hope can ward off SEC programs & others another 12-plus months.

He was struggling pretty bad when he first got to Central. He wasn't as advertised ("Potential 5-Star"). Maybe he'll perform better now that he won't have to share reps with 2 other QBs.

He was struggling with the speed of Central’s defense. He wasn't making plays for kid with his ranking. He was the 3rd string qb for a reason.

He'll get more of an opportunity to prove himself this year since the competition won't be so hot.
