Ethan - dude can't get a job. he started five reasons bc he lost all his contacts and sources after he beat his dad. Ethans entire network is based on a lot of piggy back reporting (99% of what hes said on his pod are false or just we knew it but didnt say anything after woj or shams says stuff). Ethan can say that but mickeys actions speak - look at the deals the FO has done to avoid tax or refused to sign guys due to tax.
 
So now Barry is saying that he's not engaging because he has a family tragedy.
How about not being a petty ******* and you wouldn't have to worry about it.

Mario was clowned and nailed to the cross by every national media outlet including First Take and they never report on UM football because we haven’t been relevant. Can’t expect local media to give him the soft treatment. Especially IF the rumors are true that he kind of has been a prick to them. Don’t make dumb moves or mistakes and people will have no ammunition . That simple. No remorse or sympathy or anything from me. Take it like a man..beat UNC and Clemson and rub it in Barry’s face the first chance you get. That’s what big time coaches do. Get your revenge in the W column.

Some people don’t know what the difference in constructive criticism and petty , personal crap. Dude had been waiting for Saturday for awhile now where he could show his scorned ***. This having to be explained is crazy to me. Then again where journalism and professionalism is now I’m not shocked. People don’t know what it’s supposed to look like. Including the journalists themselves.

Is that what Ethan got in trouble for? I always assumed it was wife related or kids. He beat up his dad?
 
lol Hank Goldberg was always right about Barry Jackson. Back in the 90s, Hank lit up on a daily basis on the radio. Whew Barry took a beating. RIP Hammer

yeah. he had some breakdown and beat his dad (his mom called the cops on him). he also had a big time public feud with his ex wife where he was caught on a dash cam with a stripper too. he then goes on and bashed her on his pods while they were divorcing. ive also heard some stuff about how he treats his five reasons employees (really theyre independent contractors). the only dude worth a **** on his podcast network is Brady Hawk tbh and hes lucky Brady is a college kid. once he graduates, Bradys gone to a real network and five reasons will be left with the uber driver and the grocer with no sources.

their canes coverage is pretty bad tho I like Vishnu personally and think hes good on sebatians pub with his brother. the issue is that there isnt really any real coverage for any of the teams on national pods so youre forced to listen to these terrible home grown podcasts. Manny Navarros pod is horrible with the wannabe QB coach/tax lawyer. lake was better with Ivins tbh but that show isnt great with just gabby and lake.

for as much as people hate on Lebatard, theyre the only national show that consistently talks about miami sports which is a good thing in the grand scheme of things esp when most of your teams have been irrelevant for the last 20 years

I absolutely know the difference. And im saying I dont care what Barry said. Mario messed up so bad that defending him in any way is crazy. This was a colossal F up to where now the UNC game could be **** near must win or the season is on life support. Petty. Childish. Personal. You can give me all the adjectives in the dictionary..we got here because why? Mario F'd up. Period.. We arent talking about this if he had won the game. We are talking about this because he didnt and lost it in the worst possible way imaginable. This having to be explained is just as crazy to me, bro. But we can agree to disagree.

I worked with both and Barry is a thousand times nicer. Hank was kind of a jerk.
