Barry J. article summary on "behind the scenes" problems.

Lol. That article took it easy on them. The problem isnt drinking and weed. LCE hit on it the other day describing how Jarren looked during the FIU game on tv - profusely sweating, bugged out eyes, looking lost.

The article confirms what I heard weeks ago. These guys are getting blowed out! And far too often. At the wrong times (as in the night before fiu game being out all night).

Opiods.

Ill refrain from the names I heard, but all three QBs were mentioned with Tate getting singled out even further with “the guy is on another level of out of control.”

I understand our teams in the 80s raged.. but **** man, they handled their business like grown men. These soft *** wannabe’s on our squad now clearly can’t handle it. Yet.... it’s been allowed.

I’m no insider but I hear things from time to time. I was a little mind blown when I was told that there’s a bigger problem of opiods within the team the week after FIU. If I knew of it, you can guarantee Manny did as well. Yet he’s allowed. Just another failure added to his long list.... in one short year.
Opiods are serious man, I really hope that isn't true.

I want to remind u all of last off-season, in case u forgot, since this off-season have many misremembering:

2019: We were told Miami Football would be rebranded as TNM. TNM was going to be in the image of its new coach, Manny Diaz, who knew what Miami football is supposed to look like, as he was a young lad going to The OB while his father was mayor.

We were told, by his actions of firing every coach on the offensive side of the ball, that THEY were the problem. We were told, by his actions, that the players weren’t the problem, but rather the coaching staff who coached them; thats y we warmly welcomed a Jeff Thomas back, gave Jarren Williams the keys b/c everyone was given a clean slate under the “new regime.”

We were told hard work could be mixed with fun, as a team that went a paltry 7-6 the previous yr was rewarded w a wrestling mat on the first practice, symbolizing TNM. We were told we would be brash and took no names, and the captain of the ship was to make no friends as he invaded a coaching clinic he wasn’t invited to, and pulled up to his first fund raiser on a yacht.

As our coach was busy on social media, throwing water on himself and players, as he was busy at the jeweler, making up a new gimmick, no one, not one of us paid attention to the underlying problem of culture. I mean certainly a guy who’s been here for 4 yrs knows what’s going on in the locker room, and his brash actions made it appear the culture problem was eradicated by firing an entire staff.

Our culture problem exist b/c our culture is broken from the top down. Players follow the leader. And if a player is a cancer, u don’t give him a 2nd or 3rd chance, u kick them off the team. The fact Jarren still got burn says enough for why we have a culture problem.

I don’t care about a new OC and all these bells......until Manny assumes leadership, til EVERY **** rocking Orange & Green in some shape, form, or fashion accepts and promotes accountability, it won’t matter who’s on the sideline.

Cocaine during a game makes you a better player. It just does. But crack, heroin, or meth, not so much. Those drugs just space you out. Weed is ok after a game to wind down. But before a game it ***** with your concentration. These kids need to be taught what drugs to use and when to use them.

you now see why richt didnt wanna play JW his first year and why he kept throwing rosier out there. cant trust any of the QBs when they dont give a ****
Nah..many here can’t see past the first the tree in the forest around here...remember BH didn’t play because of politics and got a gun pulled on him..Lingard didn’t play because he was ****ted on by the staff..no other reasons

As I've said all season, Manure the tiny geek ruled with the soft attitude of a substitute teacher, then cried about the culture he created and allowed to fester.

Idiot.

IKR...what do you expect when the first team meeting resembles a 3 Y/O's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese.

Yet we had b!tches on here cheerleading that $h!t.

I actually applaud whoever came forward and spoke about these things. Making things public like this ensures a change. Because once we know about it, they know we will make it a big deal. They wanted something to be done for the future of this team

This is only a problem because we are losing....in college football, winning redeems a lot of sins..
