On film, I didn't really get the Baron hype. I mean he's good but did most of his work against weaker opponents. But he really looks the part and has the size to be a force at DE.
If he is glued to Jason Taylor hip, he can play himself into a RD2, if not RD1 pick

first off, he's making plays and pressure in the SEC ... that says something ... someone even mentioned pressures are just as important as sacks
next, he's moving all across the front
he's not only rushing the passer but taking on blocks and containing/stringing plays out
alot to like, now think of the competition he'll face in the acc ... add in the fact that they can't key on him or they'll get eaten alive on the other side of th line

lemme just get this out of the way

Congrats on all that or whatever

There is a thread on here where a Colorado Buff podcaster breaks down his film. This was when he entered the portal and the Buffs thought they had a shot. I suggest you go take a look at that. He only broke down the UGA and TAMU film to make sure to factor in competition and Baron looked IMPRESSIVE. Buddy called him ELITE. I wouldn’t go that far but he’s definitely Day 1 pick potential.

i appreciate the grind ... can the football guys chime in on the movements? ... especially baron's drill

This guy went to the Gladiators auction and bought every gimmick from season 7.

The poor schlub that dragged those heavy bags out there just for guys to do spin moves... I feel for ya bruh.

But really this stuff is semi specific physical preparation on the four coactives. Not enough contact or agility to be technical work, obviously zero tactical prep.

At least there's some contact here and most of it is in the same energy system... Allen's RB drills are MUCH worse.
