Well when you haven’t won a regional since 2016 it’s fair game to talk **** about the program. Just like the football program not winning an ACC title ever and only making the championship game once since 04.
 
Time out, Tavren, and it's technically Austrian. My sister dated Mark, the owner's son, who was a sheriff for Lake County at the time. The Kase Schnitzel was out of this world.

I remember when he got arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend and enablers were wringing their hands about "It's not his fault, the program has to support this guy, he needs football, blah, blah, blah". I remember some of us(Myself included) noting that putting yourself in that position should be grounds for dismissal, because it's extremely likely that even if he wasn't pulling an Ike Turner, he was consistently making bad decisions and that isn't acceptable.

Unfortunately, you can't save some people from themselves. What a waste, not only of talent, but of a life. I'll never understand why some of these dudes can't grasp the fact that if they just stay focused, life changing resources are heading their way.

He Rarely played Long enough to even be Considered CTE case? High school is diffrent Caliber he barely player College ball.
Don’t think CTE which is repetitive Trauma directed to the Brain from a safety?Unless he has been Spearing every other Tackle.

No, I get it man and we are on the same page. I hope but doubt the diamond turnaround is here to stay but share your same pessimism. Football is in a way better spot imo.

Not my area of law but seems to me he may have a credible Stand Your Ground defense.

Florida’s Stand Your Ground law allows a person to use deadly force if they reasonably believe it’s necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm to themselves or others, or to prevent a forcible felony—without a duty to retreat, even if they can safely do so. The law provides criminal and civil immunity if the use of force is deemed justified.

Obviously, this case is in its infancy but I’m curious as to what any FL criminal defense attorneys think about it.

Once u decide to pull a gun on a man, and pull the trigger, it don’t matter. You are making a decision to end s man’s life. Whether he survives or not depends on where the bullet hit and how much damage is done.
 
What a selfish idiot. Cant imagine being 24 years old and coming to the realization that the remainder of your life or at least the best years of it will be stuck in a metal cage. Yikes
