Attendance to be 50-50 per "reliable source" up here in ...

Season ticket holders and students alone will make up 50% of the crowd. The other 50% will be somewhat split. Simple math here.

Pretty much.

Its a Canes crowd and it won't be close.

Exactly, there was 50k people at the FAU game. Stadium will hold around 75k. Of those 50k that were there you can play it safe and say about 10k were FAU fans. Which would mean 40k were Miami fans. That's already over half of the stadium capacity and thats playing FAU. Lets be realistic, probably 45k of them were canes fans, which leaves about 30k more tickets. 15k each and were looking at 60k/15k or to play it safe 55k/20k. No way it's 38k/38k.

I know more than one south florida Gator that bought season tickets just to attend the game.

There was 50,051 tickets sold for FAU, and the turnstile count was around 43,000 for FAU.

So unless a whole lot of UF fans bought season ticket AND came to the FAU game, the odds of them having a 50-50 crowd is literally impossible.

70-30 Miami seems like a logic percentage, 65-45 at worst.

All of this crap about how many Gator fans will be in that stadium, and what they'll be wearing, yada yada come Saturday is friggin' annoying. Will the Canes fans in attendance just turn to the closest Gator and say.... "Now youse can't leave.... " and shut them up.

That is all.

Ok. So that still leaves about 79k seats unaccounted for. The legend of the prowess of uf@g fan has gotten way out of control. They often have blocks of empty seats at their own shythole stadium.

There some serious posters who's mental capacity is about the size of their balls in an ice tank.

People that think Cane fans don't sell out stadiums because they don't exist don't understand Miami fans. Miami will always be an event town. Did the Marlins fill seats for the World Series? The Heat for the titles? Florida Panthers for the Cup?
