At what point did you stop believing in AL?????

2011 Maryland basically. 2011 k- state sealed it. 2011 bc told me this man will never win anything here ever.

I was skeptical from the beginning because I hate the 3-4 defense in the south. But I was done after Maryland 2011. Everyone says that I was just guessing and I couldn't possibly have known after one game. Bullshid. The 3-4 and power football just won't work for Florida players. Simple as that.

The 3-4 can work here. Golden just doesn't know what the *** he's doing.

**** the 3-4. Give me the Miami 4-3 over.

Vtech.

I'm not sure anyone sitting there in the rain could have supported him after that. Nobody. worst football game i've ever been to.

Boston College game his 1st year.....and he got an extension at halftime just to slap us in the face

I actually stopped, then started then finally re-stopped believing in al.

Stopped: Va Tech 2013 - I flew in from NorCal, sat in a crazy rain storm only to watch the coaching staff lose a division-clinching game, at home, against a lesser opponent.

Bought back in mid season when golden changed the defense.

Stopped for good when he lost to UVA because of his horse **** defense. He's got to go.

It all died after I heard him on 560.. a month after he was hired.. That was a great month though

My story makes me look like an idiot in hindsight. I remember the Maryland game all too well. I was livid. Bring the DB's up. That was what I screamed all night. Just bring them up. Bubble screens should not be this effective. However, I was an idiot and forgave Al the first two years because I believed he didn't have the right guys for his scheme.

Then last seasons happened and we started off 7-0 and I was digging it, but knew we were lucky and Al needed to be more cutthroat to sustain it. After the bowl game I wanted Al gone.

Fast forward to the season opener this year. We lost and despite my low expectations, that lost drove me crazy. Al's team made zero adjustments and it was obvious. I was down all year until we blew out 3 crappy teams. We played aggressive on both sides and we looked like old Miami. I let myself get excited because it looked like Al maybe was changing. Then the 2nd half of FSU happened and that is when I hit rock bottom. There is no getting me back up. UVA, Pitt, and USCe all cemented me down to the floor. It will take a miracle for me to ever get back on the Al train. He will have to really swallow his pride, change his staff, change his philosophy, etc. That isn't likely to happen. If it did happen, it would peak my interest, but it is not happening and the only option is to fire Golden or drive Miami further away from relevancy.

Duke last year. I understood FSU and even Va Tech. It was one of those games where a series of mistakes happen and it's hard to stop. There was no excuse for that. We're up 17-7 and driving. One turnover and the avalanche began. We were outscored 41-13 from that point. They just ran it down our throat and we didn't even put up a fight.

It was more of a gradual process for me. I started to question his competency after the Denver Kirkland debacle. Losing Alex Collins didn't help either. The 2013 VA Tech game was when I really started to lose faith and then the bowl game against Louisville was the final straw.

Oddly enough, it was getting blown out by Notre Dame in Chicago back in 2012. A Canes team should always try to fight hard against the Irish, but Golden's Canes folded up in the first quarter.

why did it take you idiots so long? Kansas State and ND weren't enough for you? notice everyone says VT 2013 because that was shortly after the cloud ended. Al brainwashed all of you.

Kansas st 2012 I knew dude was in over his head pillars be damned.

Louisville bowl game. I was teetering before that, but that game was the final nail in Al's coffin.

When notre Dame marched down on us by just running the ball and we made no adjustments. I didn't realize that was a sign of things to come until that Duke game last yr when we were playing a prevent goal line defense while their qb pulled an AL Bundy on us

Stop.... just stop

That first Maryland game is what created doubts for me. All I kept saying is why are the db's so far off the receiver? It's so funny, because I argued with so many people over the years about that point alone and now those same people would never admit it.

With that said, I held out hope that the depth issues we had were a factor. I still was not a believer, but I wanted to give him a fair shot. I 100% gave up on Al in the UNC game last year. I would have given up earlier, but that win against Florida made me so happy, it bought him a bit of a pass. I kept saying all season when we started 6-0 that we haven't played a team that knows what a forward pass is and UNC would be our first true test and sure enough, we proved we could not stop the pass. We continued to show we could not stop the pass in the following weeks. It showed me that we had changed nothing since the Maryland game in year 1 and our issues were not talent related.
