Assistants saying Mario

Outside of Mirabal, most guys don’t last 3yrs with Cristobal.

None of this is news.

That’s why he’s got to pay so much. He’s going to give you $ but grind you to the nub.
A bunch of clowns who collect the $ but still ***** about what they signed up for. Miss me with that.

The guy gets off to TOP. I’d say the saban like attitude gets old real quick with each passing Saturday of his tenure

Just ask the entire Dolphins Organization how Saban is to work for. There was a rule that you were not aloud to talk to him without getting written approval. Not in the hallway, Not in an Elevator. No where!
In fairness to Saban, if I worked for the Dolphins I wouldn't want anyone in that organization to talk to me either.

That very well may be the case but where was the pearl clutching when we were 5-0...

It's been a criticism of Mario literally every off-season and every coaching search. That's nothing new. And with a successful start to the season, there's not much reason to reference it because it's not relevant -- he was winning.

But, nobody should be surprised that the more a coach loses, the more these criticisms are voiced and the louder the noise gets.

Mario has lost the fans, the players and now fellow coaches.

No one survives long in that environment. We all know what needs to be done.

Maybe the administration will surprise us.

You are incredibly far off the mark here. This has been a known issue and discussed by many respected posters on this Board well before this season. Here's just one example from December 2024:

There’s respected porsters here???

We all know he works hard and he grinds his staff but the article is saying more than that in that he’s a “micromanager” and someone “who likes to manage multiple elements of the team. He may be better off stepping back a little bit and letting everybody handle their roles."

Translation: not only does he grind his staff but he doesn’t let them do their jobs without interfering

If you don’t trust your hires you don’t trust your ability to hire.
