Many pointed out the concerns all season and previous seasons. Wins cure all.

Let’s be honest Mario is like this video… he wins the 4 games we have left that we are better than our opponents and the MariBros will be peacocking again that he’s “the ****”.

Another late season Mario special and a group of slurpers will give up the mental gymnastics posts and admit he is “****”

 
Cute. I'm sure assistants would definitely prefer the yacht rides with Danny Miaz and dressing up in suits with Folden.

Nah, there is way more to it. I just posted and have stated in the past, stories will start to become public about coaches who have worked and currently work for him that do not like him.

I can tell you one of the reasons those who work with him don't like him, is his stubborness to change his philosophy even to the detriment of his own team.

He also has a hard time commanding respect when he has won nothing of any real signifigance, yet pushes his coaches like Saban did. When you win, you can do that ****. When you lose, especially because of your unwillingness to adapt, people get ****ed.
 
No shame on working hard and demanding a lot out of your staff, but that can't be your only approach. To put in that much work to throw a W away on not kneeling a game out or losing to a talent inferior SMU will make you lose the coaching room

You know whats crazy let say we cut the penalties in half going forward, the turnovers, and open up the offense which based off history I don't see happening and win out. I'll be the first to say what the **** took so long for that change to happen and what will stop it from reverting back.

Disagree. A portion are lazy, a potion are addicted to work, a portion prefer balance, a portion work hard not smart, a portion work smart not hard, etc.. The thing wirh Mario is he doesn't seem to be able to acquire the right mix. Its harder than it seems.

He's proving that working hard and stupid isn't as valuable as hard and smart. Go figure.
