hes fired everyone that he worked with for 3 years
Not savage. Just common sense.
hes fired everyone that he worked with for 3 years
so you wouldn't hire Kingsbury as OC either then solely bc he got fired? fedora coming in as OC would be a boss move.
If Saban hired him, many would talk about how brilliant it is.LMAO at people saying no to Fedora. Dude would be a homerun OC hire.
InsideTheU has learned that Diaz told Todd Hartley, Ron Dugans, Stacy Searels, Jon Richt and Thomas Brownon Monday that he's moving in a different direction. He also parted ways with head strength coach Gus FedlerMy no Richt jr??
People *****ing about Fedora are crazy. That is an established middle finger in the air OC. We're not hiring him to be a head coach.
7th and 15th in offensive efficiency in 2015-2016. Top 50 in the years before that. Fell off the map the last two seasons though (which, that's part of why he's gone). I think that's b/c of all the suspensions and injuries, but that's the chance you take. He was Gundy's original coordinator at OkState as well. Southern Miss O's were pretty good when he was HC there (top 50 from a quick look). For the dumb things he's said that have gotten attention, watch some of his Youtube videos when he talks shop. He gets it. Analytical guy who believes your talent shapes your offense, not the other way around. He's a homerun hire in my book. Why? What was so great about UNC’s offense?
It's now considered "savage" to fire losers from a failed coach's staff.
HugeBREAKING: Junior linebacker Michael Pinckney is returning for his senior year at Miami, according to his social media page.
the most successful programs (pro/college anything) are ones that put the proper system in place and then add pieces that fit. What these kids think right now is irrelevant. And maybe we shouldn't be recruiting the same personalities? It doesn't seem to be working.I would normally agree but we will be recruiting the same personalities over and over again and if they didnt jive with that Northern PA personality that means it wasnt gonna click
Plus hard to listen to someone yelling at you to run harder and lose weight when you have a beached whale behind the screaming
Completely understandable. Here's the article that Barry just tweeted.I need confirmation, mane. We've been let down for 15 years.....
He's not a new guy coming in. He walked the halls and sat in meetings and ate meals with these coaches. That's not an easy thing to do, no matter how tough you claim to be on the internet.
With what we've experienced in Miami for over 15 years and the fact Manny has a personal and working relationship with them, yes. However, true savagery depends on new hires
should have been a no-brainer but our luck this is actually huge newsHuge
It’s purely business with MannyJust an observation based on the Fedora news, particularly into the relationship between Richt and Manny. It's well known that Richt and Fedora hated each other intensely. Manny giving him a shot down here indicates to me that the relationship between Richt and Manny wasn't as strong as some have indicated. Manny himself said early today that he'd yet to speak to Richt. Interesting dynamic.
I'm not going to stop you from being a porster.
QAM claiming he fired all. This was the perfect dream scenario to can people. Glad he didn’t flinch. After a few termination meetings you start understanding that terminations are a great reboot if you do them right. Good step one.I don’t think you understand your audience here, friend
Did you misquote me?This program can do better than Gus.
